Weโre looking for an experienced .NET developer to design, build and maintain secure, high-performing applications across healthcare and complex supply chains โ from inventory and warehouse operations to clinical integrations.
This is a remote-first role: work from home across the UK, with 1โ2 in-office collaboration days per month.

- C# / .NET 7/8; ASP.NET MVC, React, Razor, Blazor (Server/WebAssembly)
- SQL Server / T-SQL, Entity Framework Core
- Git & GitHub; CI/CD (GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps)
- APIs & Integrations (REST, HL7/FHIR, ERP, WMS, webhooks, queues)
๐ What youโll do
- Deliver ASP.NET MVC & Blazor features with clean, testable C#.
- Build RESTful APIs and integration services for healthcare and supply-chain systems.
- Model data and optimise performance with SQL Server (T-SQL/EF Core).
- Own CI/CD pipelines; automate build, test and release.
- Implement secure coding, authentication/authorisation, logging and observability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate workflows into robust software.

What weโre looking for
- Proven experience with ASP.NET MVC, React & Blazor in production.
- Strong C#/.NET, EF Core and SQL Server / T-SQL.
- Hands-on with CI/CD and GitHub workflows.
- Excellent domain knowledge: healthcare, supply chain, inventory, warehouse setup.
- Robust integration skills (REST, messaging, data mapping & testing).
- Clear communication and ownership mindset.
โญ Nice to have
- Azure (App Service, Functions, Key Vault), containers (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Front-end fundamentals (HTML/CSS/JS for Blazor interop).
- Security/compliance exposure (ISO 27001, NHS DSPT, GDPR).
- Infrastructure as Code (Bicep/Terraform) and monitoring (App Insights/ELK).
